We make every effort to facilitate communication between Grupa Azoty and capital market participants. To this end, Grupa Azoty holds conferences after publishing its periodic reports which present and discuss the financial performance of the Company and the Group, publishes presentations on its website and summarises its results on Twitter. Grupa Azoty representatives also meet investors at one-on-one meetings and roadshows, and take part in conferences and meetings organised by capital market institutions.
Since its IPO, Grupa Azoty holds annual meetings with retail investors during the Wall Street conference organised by the Association of Individual Investors, as agreed by the Management Board. Retail investors can also communicate with the Management Board at online chat sessions, which we make sure to hold regularly and which are becoming increasingly popular with our shareholders.
In addition, our Investor Relations Team is ready to respond to phone and email queries. Information on particularly important events is delivered to the shareholders in newsletters.

The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. is monitoring the developments and impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Company’s and the Group’s business, as announced in Grupa Azoty S.A.’s Current Report No. 18/2020 available at https://tarnow.grupaazoty.com/en/investor-relations/current-reports-2#item4788
Among the identified risks, the Management Board pointed to potential temporary disruptions in the timely delivery of capital projects and maintenance works due to various issues or limited availability of contractors, possible delays in the lead times of materials and equipment, or actions by government bodies issuing decisions in administrative processes. Polimery Police is a flagship project undertaken by Grupa Azoty, and – given its importance – we are keeping a particularly close eye on its status. For the time being, there have been no delays in the Project, its implementation progressing as scheduled. We have confirmed the signing of mandate letters with domestic and international financial institutions that have committed debt funding for Polimery Police. Earlier we had confirmed the signing of agreements evidencing the provision of equity funds for this strategic capital project. Negotiations over bank loan and investment agreements are at a very advanced stage, their execution expected shortly.
All precautions are being taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus, in tight cooperation with the general contractor Hyundai.
As the situation is extremely fast-moving, it is not yet possible to reliably assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Grupa Azoty’s operations, business metrics, prospects and financial condition, including the delivery of its investment projects. On the other hand, the Management Board has declared that it will disclose any new developments that could meaningfully change Grupa Azoty’s current economic standing.
