With over 24 years of professional experience in production, Artur Błażejak has expertise in planning, executing, managing, and supervising production processes and technical maintenance operations. He has held various roles in these areas, including Production Department Head, Business Unit Head, Production Manager, and Department Manager at Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne Police S.A.  

He possesses extensive knowledge in improving and optimising production and technical processes, developing strategies, creating maintenance and investment plans, and enhancing operational efficiency.

This experience has been built over years of work in production, complemented by multi-dimensional and close cooperation with production supporting functions such as logistics, trade, procurement, and plant maintenance and overhaul services.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Faculty of Economics at the WSB University. Additionally, he has completed postgraduate managerial studies at the Faculty of Economics at the WSB University, postgraduate studies in Industrial Process Safety at the Faculty of Process Engineering and Environmental Protection at the Łódź University of Technology, and postgraduate studies in Chemical and Process Engineering at the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.
