Ms. Królak specialises in value creation across complex, capitalintensive industrial projects and in steering organisations through investment, growth, and restructuring phases under intense stakeholder and financial market pressure.
Over the course of her career, she has been responsible for the development, execution, and restructuring of industrial and energy projects with a combined value exceeding EUR 5 billion, working alongside global industrial partners, financial institutions, and international banking syndicates. She has consistently implemented management frameworks built on capital discipline, clear decision-making structures, and accountability for economic outcomes.
Since 2025, Ms. Królak has served as President of the Management Board at Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A., the company behind one of the largest petrochemical investment projects in Central and Eastern Europe. She assumed the role at a point of acute liquidity crisis, taking responsibility for the stabilisation of the project's financial position, the launch of restructuring proceedings, the restoration of corporate governance, and the conduct of complex negotiations with financing banks and the EPC contractor.
Between 2023 and 2025, she built and scaled Quanta Energy’s operations in Italy, positioning the company in the utility-scale BESS segment and developing a solar-as-a-service model for industrial clients, including under long-term strategic agreements.
From 2019 to 2023, as Executive Director for Programme and Business Development at Electromobility Poland, she led the development of key industrial partnerships and the preparation of Poland’s first electric vehicle manufacturing project.
From 2017 to 2018, she served as Vice President of the Management Board for Strategy and Operations at Cersanit S.A., delivering a comprehensive programme of operational efficiency improvement and Group value enhancement.
From 2013 to 2016, she served as Executive Director for Development and Technology at ORLEN, where she was responsible for the preparation of major petrochemical investment projects and the establishment of an R&D function within the refining segment. During this period, she also served on the supervisory boards of Orlen Laboratorium, the UniCRE Institute of Technology in Litvínov, and Płock Industrial and Technology Park.
Ms. Królak began her career at Roland Berger, in the Oil & Gas practice.
She holds degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in Management and Marketing as well as Finance and Accounting, and from the Warsaw University of Technology in Chemical and Process Engineering as well as Gas Turbines and Combined Cycle Systems. She has completed strategic negotiation programmes at Harvard Law School.
She combines engineering precision with an investor mindset. Her priority is the creation of lasting value for shareholders and institutional investors through the effective management of capital, technology, and teams at industrial scale.

Mr. Duży is a graduate of the Rzeszów University of Technology (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science) and holds a postgraduate qualification in Thermal Power Engineering from the AGH University of Krakow. He has also completed an Executive MBA at the West Pomeranian Business School and a postgraduate programme in Project Management at the University of Szczecin.
He has 25 years of experience in the chemical and energy industries, spanning production management, power and utilities, plant maintenance, and the delivery of capital investment and restructuring projects.
Mr. Duży began his career in 2001 at Vobis Microcomputers, before joining the chemical operations of Evonik AG from 2002 to 2008. From 2009 to 2014, he held a series of roles within Grupa Azoty – first as Production Director at JBU ZAK S.A., then as Director of the Energy Centre at Zakłady Chemiczne Police S.A., and as coordinator of the AzotyPRO programme, where he was responsible for energy efficiency across the Group’s key sites.
From 2015 to 2016, he served as President of the Management Board at Grupa Azoty Police Serwis Sp. z o.o., where he led the restructuring of the company's maintenance operations. He subsequently served as Managing Director at Partner Serwis Sp. z o.o., with responsibility for the delivery of maintenance and capital project services to industrial clients, including KGHM S.A.
Mr. Duży currently serves as Vice President of the Management Board at Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A., where he is responsible for the technical and production function and plays a key role in the restructuring and restoration of full operational capability at the Polimery Police complex.
He has extensive experience in managing large-scale industrial assets under intense technical, financial, and organisational pressure. He specialises in building operational efficiency and optimising energy and maintenance costs across large industrial organisations.

A manager and Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of experience in international automotive and manufacturing companies, Dominik Nowak specialises in corporate financial management, business transformation, and process optimisation. He has practical expertise in securing public funding for investment projects and experience in building efficient financial structures that support organisational growth and profitability.
Over the course of his career, he has progressed from managing finance in manufacturing entities to holding key CFO roles in special purpose vehicles with State Treasury participation.
Mr Nowak is a graduate of the Kraków University of Economics and has completed postgraduate studies in financial management at the University of Economics in Katowice.
