He has extensive expertise in developing management systems for companies and corporate groups, and crafting management structures, corporate strategies, and reporting systems. He graduated from the Institute of Economics of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Catholic University of Lublin. In 2009–2016, he served as Vice President of Grupa Azoty S.A. overseeing the finance area, including responsibilities in IT, M&A, strategic research, and investor relations. He played an active role in building the Grupa Azoty Group as a member of committees contributing to defence strategies against hostile takeovers and the consolidation and integration of chemical companies within the expanded group. In 2015, he successfully implemented a cash-pooling system within the Grupa Azoty Group and helped consolidate its bank debt with a bank syndicate.
