Andrzej Skolmowski
Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Economist and manager with over 20 years of experience in managing, restructuring and financing businesses, and providing strategic advisory services.

He has extensive expertise in developing management systems for companies and corporate groups, and crafting management structures, corporate strategies, and reporting systems. He is skilled in implementing controlling and budgeting practices, managing debt restructuring and refinancing, and has a deep understanding of change management. His experience also includes overseeing investment projects, including mergers and acquisitions within the chemical industry.

He graduated from the Institute of Economics of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Catholic University of Lublin. He completed his doctoral studies at the Collegium of Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. He graduated the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona. 

In 2019–2024, he held managerial positions in companies specialising in the fields of biotechnology and modern technological solutions, leveraging artificial intelligence, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure. Since 2016, he has been actively involved as a business adviser and investor, focusing on creating and managing startups, developing business structures for investment groups, and managing fund investments.

In 2009–2016, he served as Vice President of Grupa Azoty S.A. overseeing the finance area, including responsibilities in IT, M&A, strategic research, and investor relations. He played an active role in building the Grupa Azoty Group as a member of committees contributing to defence strategies against hostile takeovers and the consolidation and integration of chemical companies within the expanded group. In 2015, he successfully implemented a cash-pooling system within the Grupa Azoty Group and helped consolidate its bank debt with a bank syndicate.

Previously served as President of the Management Board and acting CEO at Sanfarm Sp. z o.o., where he led the company’s reorganisation process, overseeing finance, production, technology, and quality control.

In 2004–2008, he held managerial positions in the ACP PHARMA/ORPHE Group. In 2000–2004, he served as President of the Management Board at Cefarm Rzeszów S.A., and in 2002–2004 as President of the Management Board at Cefarm Rzeszów S.A. subsidiaries Farma Sp. z o.o. of Rzeszów, Farma Sp. z o.o. of Warsaw, Quantum Pharmacia Sp. z o.o.

Aneta Zelek
Member of the Supervisory Board

Habilitated Doctor of Economics (management), economist, university lecturer and management staff trainer; professor and former rector of the West Pomeranian Business School. Author of more than 250 scientific publications in economics and management.

Since 1998, Ms Zelek has held various management positions, including that of rector, acquiring immense managerial experience in leading an educational institution and overseeing training and academic endeavours.

In her university career, Professor Aneta Zelek works not only as a teacher and trainer, but also as a researcher, consultant and publicist. She is the author of more than 250 research and teaching publications in macroeconomics, microeconomics, strategic management and crisis management, as well as numerous academic textbooks and scripts. She has completed 12 internships abroad at prominent European universities and participated in 10 international scientific and research cooperation programmes. Outside the university, she is actively engaged in the business world as a consultant, adviser, member of supervisory boards and programme boards, member of economic award chapters, manager of EU projects, and more. Engaged in extensive advocacy and journalistic activities for many years, she is a regular commentator on economic events in the media articulating the principles of rational economics with unwavering clarity, elucidating the errors inherent in prioritizing politics over economics through her publications and lectures, while also cautioning against its potential consequences.

She has received numerous accolades for her teaching and academic contributions and managerial achievements from various organisations, including recognition from her own students. Her most cherished accolades include: Golden Badge of the Pomeranian Griffin for services to the region; The Karol Adamiecki Economic Award from the Scientific Society of Organisation and Management, the first prize in the competition for the best lecturer of the West Pomeranian Business School in Szczecin, the “Super Golden Chalk” Award in the competition for the best lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Szczecin.
