In early December, as part of its contract negotiations for the coming years, Grupa Azoty entered into a series of trade agreements with Comexport of Sao Paulo, worth a total of PLN 360m.

LOTOS and Grupa Azoty in PLN 12bn joint Polish petrochemical project
On December 3rd 2013, Grupa LOTOS S.A. and Grupa Azoty S.A. signed an agreement on the future formation of a special purpose vehicle to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study on the construction of a new petrochemical complex, in the vicinity of both LOTOS and Grupa Azoty's existing installations.

Azoty Group's financial results for the first three quarters of 2013
Following the first nine months of 2013, the Azoty Group posted revenue of PLN 7.5bn (PLN 5.5bn in the same period of 2012), EBIT of PLN 778m (PLN 374m  in the same period of 2012) and net profit of PLN 771m (PLN 293m in the same period of 2012).
