The project is being implemented in accordance with the consolidation agreement concluded between the companies and based on the best practice of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) – an international advisor on business strategy. 

The undertaking is being executed by employees from Grupa Azoty and ZA „Puławy”. The participants of the project have been divided into several thematic teams and each of them prepares an analysis of the current situation, defines possible synergies as well as key and strategic activities to be pursued in each area. BCG, on the other hand, as an advisor supports  individual teams and coordinates the consolidating work in the companies. The meetings initialling the work on the project were held in the headquarters of Azoty Tarnów on 21^st February. Subsequent meetings will be held alternately in Puławy and Tarnów.
