The Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. selected a new board member - Paweł Bakun.
Paweł Bakun is a lawyer. He has many years of experience in managing and supervising business entities. In the past, for many years he ran a consulting company and a legal adviser office, and also worked in managerial positions - since 2018 the director of SPZOZ MSWiA in Szczecin.
He also participated in Supervisory Boards, including PŻB S.A. and Spółka Restrukturyzacji Kopalń S.A. Until today he was Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne "Police" S.A.
Paweł Bakun will take over the duties of a member of the Management Board on August 1, 2021.
