On 22nd 2013 National Court Register noted the changes in the Company’s Articles of Association. Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Mościcach S.A. up till now functions under the company’s name Grupa Azoty Spółka Akcyjna.
On 26th March 2013 the Supervisory Board of Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Mościcach S.A. accepted the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association in which the changes passed during the Extraordinary General Meeting of 15th March 2013 were included. National Court Register noted the resolutions of the Articles of Association.
The changes concern wording of § 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association. The former wording of this article was as follows:“1. The Company functions under the name: Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Mościcach Spółka Akcyjna.2. The Company can use the abbreviation: Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Mościcach S.A. as well as its exceptional logo. 3. The Company can use the figurative mark Azoty Tarnów for the commercial and marketing purposes.” After the changes being introduced by the Extraordinary General Meeting and noting them in the consolidated text of the Articles of Association by the Supervisory Board, the new wording of § 1 of the Articles of Association is as follows:“1. The Company functions under the name: Grupa Azoty Spółka Akcyjna.2. The Company can use the abbreviation: Grupa Azoty S.A. as well as its exceptional logo. 3. The Company can use the figurative mark Grupa Azoty for the commercial and marketing purposes.”
Grupa Azoty S.A. serves as the new name of Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Mościcach S.A.
