This largest meeting of retail investors in Central Europe attracted to the Gołębiewski Hotel, the conference venue, a record number of participants, both beginners and experienced stock exchange investors. Grupa Azoty S.A. was the strategic partner of WallStreet 2015.

The three-day event abounded in lectures and discussion panels devoted to equity investments. Thematic lectures and meetings (both official and unofficial) were an opportunity for investors to directly contact issuers and advisers.

Grupa Azoty S.A. has been taking part in the WallStreet conference each year since 2008, when its stock became listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. At this year’s conference, Mr Andrzej Skolmowski, Vice-President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A., hosted the meeting entitled ‘There Is Chemistry between Us’ (May 29th), and then took part in the panel entitled ‘Power Engines of the Polish Sock Exchange or Prospects of Economic Growth’. 

An integral part of WallStreet 2015 was the ‘Shareholders’ fair, with the participation of numerous exchange-listed companies, including Grupa Azoty S.A. The principal objective of the fair was to enable meetings and discussions between company representatives and retail investors.The Polish Association of Retail Investors (SII), established in 1999, is the largest organisation of retail investors in Poland. The Association offers investors comprehensive support, including protection of their rights, educational initiatives and analyses.
