The aim of the ranking is to promote the most transparent and best communicating companies included in the three main WSE indices: WIG20, WIG40 and WIG80. Grupa Azoty S.A. was awarded in the mWIG40 category and Grupa Azoty Police – in sWIG80. Grupa Azoty S.A. has been among the winners since the ranking’s inception. 

The ‘Transparent Company 2018’ ranking was based on a survey covering the most important areas of market communication: financial reporting, investor relations and corporate governance. 

The intention of the organisers of the ‘Transparent Company of the Year’ ranking is to improve the quality of communication between public companies and the market. 64 entities took part in this year’s survey, with Grupa Azoty S.A. awarded in the mWIG40 category, and Grupa Azoty Police – in sWIG80. 

In addition to the Grupa Azoty Group companies, among the largest 42 most transparent companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange are also mBank, PZU, PGNiG, PGE, and PKO BP.
