The Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne “Police” S.A. has appointed Małgorzata Królak as President of the Management Board, effective 1 April 2026, and Dominik Nowak as Vice President of the Management Board responsible for Finance, effective 24 March 2026. These decisions are intended to ensure the Company’s stable operations during a demanding period of reorganisation across the Grupa Azoty Group.
Małgorzata Królak has extensive experience in managing complex industrial organisations, including leading restructuring, transformation and investment processes. Within Grupa Azoty, she also serves as Vice President of the Management Board, responsible for key operational areas, including research and development, technology, investments and procurement of strategic raw materials.
President Małgorzata Królak is familiar with the specifics of the Police company’s operations, having served as an authorised signatory (prokurent), as well as through her role in managing Grupa Azoty Polyolefins.
Dominik Nowak is a manager with over 20 years of experience in finance, controlling and investment management in international industrial organisations. He specialises in building effective financial structures and supporting organisations through transformation and operational optimisation processes.
During his career, Dominik Nowak has held senior positions in industrial and automotive sector companies, where he was responsible for financial management, operational controlling and the delivery of investment projects. His experience in complex operating environments and in executing large-scale investment programmes will provide important support in further strengthening the Company’s financial stability.
The current three-member Management Board also includes Wiesław Muskała, a Member of the Management Board elected by the Company’s employees, appointed by the Supervisory Board resolution of 28 April 2025.
The appointment of the President of the Management Board and the Vice President responsible for finance forms part of a broader process of strengthening management across Grupa Azoty and ensuring stable and predictable operations.
Grupa Azoty Police remains one of Poland’s key industrial plants, of material importance to the economy and the agricultural sector, and a major employer in the region.
