Grupa Azoty Group reports positive results again despite difficult market environment

The Grupa Azoty Group ended Q3 2014 with a positive EBIT of PLN 2m (Q3 2013: negative EBIT of PLN -9m) and net profit of PLN 9m (Q3 2013: PLN 0.2m), on revenue of nearly PLN 2.3bn (Q3 2013: PLN 2.2bn).

EBITDA remained relatively stable compared with the corresponding period of the previous year, at PLN 127m (Q3 2013: PLN 111m). In Q1–Q3 2014, the Grupa Azoty Group earned revenue of PLN 7.3bn (Q3 2013: nearly PLN 7.5bn). Once again the Group delivered results above the market consensus.
