The consolidation process of the Polish chemical sector, which started in 2010, was crowned by the introduction of the new brand in 2012 – Grupa Azoty. For the whole chemical sector it is the groundbreaking moment. For Grupa Azoty, which is the definite leader, it is both a great challenge and responsibility. 

The year 2012 for the dominant entity of the group – Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Mościcach S.A., was the jubilee year. 85 years in the market is the perfect moment to confirm the position of the leader and make use of the cumulated experience and the tradition standing behind the company. The consolidation process of the companies from the chemical sector, which started 3 years ago, was sealed by the historical agreement with Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A. being signed and by the introduction of one common brand – Grupa Azoty.
