The current result of the Force Majeure event is the stoppage or a very significant reduction of production. The above situation also causes significant restrictions in Company’s ability to deliver certain product groups. Based on the present information, it is currently not possible to establish a binding deadline for the elimination of technical problems and restoration of production to the state before the failure.

We ensure that the Company is taking all neccessary and intensive actions to limit the negative effects of Force Majeure event and the Company will take every possible effort to minimalize them.
