After the successful exchange of shares in ZA Puławy for shares in Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Mościcach S.A. and after the increase of the company’s capital in January MSCI announced that Azoty Tarnów will be part of the indexes of the Polish companies in the framework of the extraordinary appeal of the MSCI Emerging Markets Indexes. It is expected that Azoty Tarnów presence in the Index will increase the attractiveness of the Company in the global capital markets and the interest of the foreign investors.

The MSCI Indexes are calculated by the American investment bank Morgan Stanley  since 1970. The fact that in the very near future Azoty Tarnów shares, being the part of the MSCI Indexes will be found next to the shares of the companies like PKO BP, KGHM, PZU, PKN Orlen, is evaluated well by the market and will favour the Company.
