The signed agreement defines the principles of cooperation between both institutions in the implementation of the tasks of the Education Center (whose managing body is the Police Poviat), consisting in raising and obtaining qualifications in professional areas, consistent with the needs of the Company.

The Education Center, CKZiU in Police was established in September 2018 as part of the Regional Operational Program of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship 2014-2020. Its aim is to increase the effectiveness of vocational education and adapt to the requirements of the regional labor market, increasing employability by adapting education systems and close cooperation with employers.

As a result of the cooperation initiated today, not only the employees of the Company will be able to use the Centre's offer, but also, as the Company, we will bring a business perspective important for the further development of the Center.
