Grupa Azoty Polyolefins and Financial Institutions extend financing terms for the Polimery Police Project
Following extensive discussions and negotiations with various banks, Grupa Azoty Polyolefins has signed an Amendment to the Stabilization Agreement dated December 15, 2023, regarding the financing of the Polimery Police project. As a result, the parties have agreed to extend the Stabilization Agreement until February 28, 2025. The Amendment was executed with 15 financing institutions.

Agreement on the development of the Grupa Azoty Marine Port in Police
Collaboration on developing the Police Marine Port area—aimed at utilizing port lands and creating a joint investment offer—is the primary objective of an agreement signed by Grupa Azoty Police, the Marshal’s Office of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, the Police County Office, the Police Municipal Office, and the Police Marine Port Authority. The agreement covers more than 300 plots of land, totaling over 460 hectares. This initiative aligns with Grupa Azoty’s strategy to enhance the potential of its port infrastructure.

Statement from Grupa Azoty Puławy and Polimex Mostostal
On January 24, 2025, the management boards of Grupa Azoty Puławy S.A. and Polimex Mostostal S.A. met in Puławy to discuss the current situation regarding the construction of the coal-fired power block (the BW100 project) and to explore options for amicably resolving the dispute, with due regard for the interests of both parties.

Changes to the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A.
On January 20, 2025, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. adopted a resolution changing the composition of the Company’s Management Board. Effective January 21, 2025, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk as President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. for the third joint three-year term. Since October 21, 2024, Mr. Kołodziejczyk had been serving as Acting President of the Management Board, delegated from his role as a Member of the Supervisory Board.

Azoty Group develops AGRO sales in the Ukrainian market
Azoty Group has signed a contract with Ukraine's Agroprosperis Group for the supply of NPK fertilisers. Azoty Group's new contractor is the largest producer and exporter of agricultural crops with the foreign investments in the Black Sea region. The first delivery of fertilisers was made in December, with further deliveries planned for January this year.

Historic potash unloading at the Police Seaport
In early December of last year, a single shipment of more than 20,000 tons of potash arrived from Canada for Grupa Azoty Police. The unloading took place at the Seaport, which typically handles phosphorites. Purchasing such a large volume of potash—taking advantage of economies of scale—resulted in significant cost savings. This successful logistics operation at the Seaport has also created opportunities to diversify supply routes for this essential fertilizer raw material.
